Client Responsibilities

JoziDar Logistics will not be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
Cargo and Prohibited Goods
JoziDar Logistics does not transport illegal, hazardous, or prohibited goods unless expressly agreed in writing and compliant with applicable laws. Clients are responsible for ensuring cargo complies with South African and cross-border transport regulations.
Delivery and Transit Times
Delivery times provided are estimates only. While we strive to meet agreed timelines, JoziDar Logistics is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, mechanical issues, border delays, or acts of God.
Limitation of Liability
JoziDar Logistics’ liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business interruption, arising from the use of our services.
